• Returns will not be accepted for:

Damaged or Defective Products

Steps to raise a claim:

• Inform us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Provide a clear unboxing video of the package.

Unboxing Video Guidelines (Mandatory):

• Video must start before opening the package.

• The tearing side of the package must be clearly visible.

• Show the entire package in 360° view before opening.

• No pause or editing allowed in the video.

⚠️ Claims may be rejected if proper unboxing proof is not provided.

Claim Resolution

Once the claim is verified by our team, we will:

• Provide a replacement of the same product, or

• Issue a refund if replacement is not available.

Refund Process

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

• Refunds are usually completed within 5–7 working days after approval.

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
